Please Note: Transparency is important to us concerning our neighborhood. Please note that our neighbor’s dog may bark occasionally, but it usually ceases quickly. While we prioritize a comfortable and relaxing stay at our New River Gorge Retreat, we apologize for any disruptions and thank you for your understanding.
We are delighted to have you visit us in New River Gorge! Please adhere to the following rules during your stay:
-No smoking is permitted on the premises
-Must be 25 to book
-No parties
-Quiet hours outside begin at 10pm
-Unregistered pets are not allowed on the property
– 2 is the Maximum Number Parking for Cars.
– Exterior video doorbell with camera for guest safety/security.
Pets:
-Unregistered pets are not allowed on the property
-We love hosting dogs and welcome up to two approved pups for $40 per night, per dog. Please inquire before booking to confirm. All dogs must be registered.
-Dogs must be house-trained, crated if left alone, and kept off beds and furniture to help us maintain a clean, allergy-friendly space. Don’t forget to pick up after them in the yard—future guests will thank you!
-Excessive cleaning, pet mess, or unregistered dogs will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Additionally, weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Moreover, trip insurance is quite affordable, and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
