The minimum age requirement to book is 25. Half of the total balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival, while the remaining half must be paid 30 days prior. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
You can cancel without penalty up to 60 days before your arrival date (minus processing fees). After that, we will refund 50% (minus processing fees) of your payment if you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

We are happy to accept families at our vacation rentals, but please note that the homes have not been baby proofed and we do not offer pack-and-play cribs, or a portable high chair. Parents should take extra precautions to ensure the safety of their children.

The standard check–in time is 4 p.m. and check–out is 11 a.m. However, special exceptions may be made with a fee depending on availability. Unfortunately, these exceptions are not possible during peak season (May–October). If you require an alternative time, please inquire with us.

A designer by trade, I have a passion for finding homes that need TLC and bringing them back to life. In 2014 I purchased the Delightful DT Bungalow and have been renovating it ever since. In 2018 , I decided I wanted to share my home to help offset renovation costs and to provide a fun, unique space for visitors to stay while visiting the New River Gorge National Park. I am passionate about creating unique spaces and hosting others!
In 2021, I purchased two more properties for guests, and am excited to share my homes with you. Throughout my home you will catch a glimpse of my unique design style, curated items and fun finds. In addition to hosting vacation rentals , I am a visual designer. I have combined my passions to supply design in all of its forms, be it interiors, commercial spaces, branding, and graphics.
