While we prioritize a comfortable and relaxing stay at our New River Gorge Retreat, we apologize for any disruptions and thank you for your understanding.

-Unregistered pets are not allowed on the property

– We DO NOT accept pets April 1-November 1. November 2 through March 31 we may consider dogs on a case by case basis. Owner must pre-approve pets before booking. Send us an Inquiry before booking with pets.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Additionally, weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Moreover, trip insurance is quite affordable, and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
