We have consciously chosen not to offer cable television. We hope guests will use our home as a place to stay to unplug, explore the beauty of the New River Gorge, relax, rejuvenate and connect with their friends/family.
However, we know, sometimes you just want to curl up and watch a movie. We do offer a SMART television. Feel free to login to your own Netflix, or Amazon Prime account to watch a show or movie.
-Max Cars: 2. This property have driveway space available for 2 cars. It does not offer on street parking, please plan accordingly.
– The first ensuite bathroom has a retro, tub and shower combo. The tub is smaller than standard size.
– Exterior video doorbell with camera for guest safety/security.
Pets:
-Unregistered pets are not allowed on the property
-Pets must be pre-approved before booking. Only dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis (max 2). A $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog, a signed pet agreement, and a refundable security deposit are required. Dogs must be house-broken, up-to-date on shots, not on furniture or beds, crated if left alone, leashed outside, and cleaned up after. The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days if there’s no damage. Send an inquiry before booking with pets.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues, power outages, or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
