We have consciously chosen not to offer cable television. We hope guests will use our home as a place to stay to unplug, explore the beauty of the New River Gorge, relax, rejuvenate and connect with their friends/family.
Sometimes, you may just want to curl up and watch a movie; if so, we offer a SMART television. Furthermore, you can easily login to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account to watch something.

Pets:
-Unregistered pets are not allowed on the property
– We DO NOT accept pets April 1 -November 1. November 2 through March 31 we may consider dogs on a case by case basis. Owner must pre-approve pets before booking. Send us an Inquiry before booking with pets.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Additionally, weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Moreover, trip insurance is quite affordable, and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
