Our bungalow offers modern conveniences, historic charm and a quiet patio retreat, perfect for explorers visiting New River Gorge National Park.

What to Expect
This house is located less than 5-minutes from downtown Fayetteville, close to everything. Walk to local shops, restaurants, farmers market and Fayette Town Park Trails.
Free parking is available in front of the house. Please limit your vehicles to a maximum of 3.
3 Private bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full size bed, and one room with two twin beds + tv room with a queen size pull-out sofa bed. All beds are stocked with high-quality linens.
2 bathrooms with tub & shower. Fresh towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
Fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need including coffeemaker, essential appliances, and cookware.
We are committed to providing you with a clean, well-kept space so that you are comfortable during your visit.
The Space
Please Note
* Please treat this home as if it were your own, it is a real home loved by real people, please treat it as so.
* Tidy up before you Check-out.
* Pets are not permitted inside the home.
* Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the house.
* Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We do have an additional guest charge for more than 4 guests. The number of guests, includes adults and children (not infants).
* Being a family home, we have a strict no smoking policy.
* Quiet Hours between 10pm and 10am. No loud parties.
* Parking is permitted only in front of the house. Max cars 3.
* Exterior video doorbell with camera for guest safety/security*
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
* Security Deposit – We require a $500 security deposit. It will reimbursed to you after check-out, if no damage occurred.
* Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. *
* Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
