House Rules & What to Know
We want every guest to have a wonderful stay. A few guidelines help us keep the homes in top shape for everyone.
House Rules
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours outdoors: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 7 guests (adults & children)
- No commercial photography or filming without prior written permission
- No unregistered guests permitted on the property
- No firearms, weapons, or illegal drugs on the property
Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted at this property
- This applies to all animals, including emotional support animals, unless prior arrangements have been made
Please note: If pets are found on the property without prior authorization, additional fees may apply and your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM — Flexible
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Self check-in via smart lock — your access code activates automatically once verification is complete
- Within 48 hours of booking (24 hours for last-minute stays), complete a quick ID match and e-sign the rental agreement
Safety & Security
- Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout
- A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are available on site
- This property is private; the owner may make occasional brief visits for lawn care or watering
Trip insurance: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Weather, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for a refund under our cancellation policy.
Things to Know
- Parking: Driveway fits up to 4 cars; no street parking available
- Grill: Charcoal grill provided — bring your favorite charcoal
- Private areas: Basement & garage are private; the owner may make occasional brief visits for lawn care or watering
- Bunk beds: Please use with care — the top bunk is best suited for kids or light adults
- Laundry: This home does not include a washer or dryer. Pack light and enjoy the adventure — everything you need for a comfortable stay is here
- Trash: Please bag all garbage before departure and place in the outdoor bin
Cancellation & Fees
- Cancellation policies vary by booking platform — please review the terms on Airbnb or VRBO at the time of booking
- A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking total
- Unauthorized pets on the property may result in additional fees
- Damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules may result in additional charges
Protect your trip: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance at the time of booking. Unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, emergencies) are not covered by our cancellation policy.
